- gathers information about the organisation and public aspects of its work, monitors the effectiveness of PR programmes, proposes public opinion polls
- carries out management training sessions for work with the media, creating presentations and other public events
- arranges PR events in terms of personnel and programme
- ensures fund-raising for supplementary cultural events
- ensures the organisation, realisation and promotion of cultural and educational events
- arranges lectures, seminars, discussions, conferences, exhibitions, literary festivals and authorial readings
