The seminar is an attempt to hermeneutic interpretation of a popular Václav Havel´s saying: „Truth and love must prevail over lies and hatred“. How the title says the conjunction „and“ can be interpreted in conjunctional sence or in adversative sence, the other problem is how to understand connection between the saying and the sentence on presidential standard, how is it generally with truth and love within our tradition comprising of more grounds and finally is it possible to prevail over lies and is it even love the opposite of hatred?
